Because our products are personal and perishable in nature, we are unable to accept returns on subscription boxes once they’ve been shipped. However, your experience is our top priority—if anything goes wrong, we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Missing Box?
If your box arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe:

Contact us at ben@tearsandbloom.com within 14 days of dispatch.

We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a credit/refund where appropriate.
Changed your mind?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.
If your payment has already been processed and your box has shipped, cancellation will take effect the following month.
Need a break?
We get it—some months are heavier than others.
You can pause your subscription anytime through your customer portal, no hassle, no judgment.
